'Fit as a Fiddle' Nordic Walking
Age Concern is Big Lottery Funded for the "fit as a fiddle" programme. "fit as a fiddle" is organising Nordic Walking Taster Sessions, from which people are recruited for a funded Nodic Walking active network, 8 sessions for a minimum of 12 people.

GO50 Walks Programme
GO50 is run by Age Concern Surrey and aims to introduce people over the age of 50 to the benefits of regular exercise and healthier lifestyles. GO50 organises 2-3 walks per week in Surrey, all between 2 1/2 - 5 miles in length led by a walk leader volunteer.

Portsmouth Community Allotment at Milton Piece
The community allotment provides residents of Portsmouth an opportunity to get involved in growing fruit and veg organically. We are fully accessible to wheelchair users with concrete ramps, raised beds etc. We take self referrals as well as referrals from GP's, Social Workers & Care Managers etc.
