Activmobs
Activmobs are small groups of people getting together to do activities of their choice like dog walking, gardening or front room yoga. Activmobs can get support from a personal trainer who helps make the activity fun and effective exercise until the "mobbers" are confident to do it on their own.

Everyday Activity Project
A project which aims to get the adults of Milton Keynes more active. Community and Park based activities are set up in order to achieve this. Those that are currently sedentary, those with a BMI over 30 and those living in one of the top 20 most deprived wards in Milton Keynes are targetted.

Active Travel Milton Keynes

'GO Active' (Get Oxfordshire Active)
