Project summary
Naturally Active is a three-year initiative, which provides and promotes activities for people of all ages from the deprived wards of Dartford and Gravesham, in North-West Kent. Making use of local urban green spaces and the adjacent countryside, the project aims to help improve people's physical fitness and mental well-being through a variety of free outdoor activities, including walking, kite flying, tree planting and other conservation work, treasure hunts and disc golf.
